Bought this package of tape at Walmart and I must say I am not happy with this tape. I have tried many times but have been unable to use it successfully. The protective top layer of the tape just won’t come off. I have tried several times, and several ways, and maybe it was a bad batch or something, or maybe I just don’t know how to do it properly (seriously, how difficult can ‘tape’ be?), but I am extremely frustrated with this product, and won’t buy it again.
Coolest thing ever! I don’t don’t which aspect of it to write about first. This device is a power bank WITH a detachable Bluetooth earpiece. Great design and a great product. I have had Bluetooth earpieces in the past and never used them, or lost them, or lost the charger that came with them. The detachable earpiece stores in the power bank which will recharge the earpiece until you next need to use it. An added feature in my opinion is that the earpiece fits comfortably in the ear, unlike ear buds that require you shove the tip into your ear canal. This one sits nicely on the lower rim of your ear, the sound is great, and it is secure (as I found when I shook my head in response to a question from my husband as I was testing it. It stayed in place). All in all a great idea, and an attractive product.
This was an honest and unbiased review of a product received at no cost.
It came in a nice package with the instructions on the back, and yes, in order for it to be most effective there are some directions that need to be followed to ensure it fulfills its design of being waterproof. The case itself is a thick plastic edging with strong clear plastic for both the front of the phone and the rear camera lens. It should fit most phones (mine is 5.4 in and it fits perfectly with a little room to spare). Once in place the main compartment closure is similar to a zip-lock, but seems a lot smoother and more secure than I am used to. The key is to make sure that there isn’t excess air in the case before you seal it. The secondary seal isn’t what I would call water-tight though because it is Velcro, but that seal is applied after you fold that end of the case, providing the second layer of protection from the elements. The product claims it is waterproof up to 20 feet (which I will not be able to test unless someone builds me an in-ground pool), but I can certainly see how it would protect my phone in lesser ‘wet’ conditions (see above).
The clear plastic front allows the phone to be used, the touch-screen elements of my phone work just fine through the plastic, and dialing the phone was a piece of cake. I could hear and be heard just as well as if the phone was not in the case, so while the case protects the phone from water damage, it doesn’t impede the use of the phone. Great job Satechi!!! So all in all, I think this is a great product, and plan to use it as my primary phone case. It came with a lanyard, and if I were boating or working out, I can see using it, but for my use, it just looks rather silly :P.
I received this case at no cost in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
OK, to be honest, I don’t usually like in-ear listening devices because I find them uncomfortable, and while popular, I don’t usually think they sound as good as headphones that cover the whole ear. These changed my mind on that. First of all…comfort. Brainwavz is one of the ONLY companies that make an eartip small enough for my ear canal, and these fit perfectly. Almost feel as if they aren’t there, but still feel secure (most fall out which is very frustrating). Secondly, the sound. I don’t know how they do it, and I suppose it is the Dual Dynamic Drivers, but it sounds like they are mixing inside my head to make ‘really’ good music. I am not an expert sound person, or an audiophile, but I love listening to my music and I want it to sound good, and these do that. Additionally, they look very cool, the wires seem more well made than most, and there are these little rubber bending points (I’m sure there is a technical word for it), that make these more durable than any I’ve seen. Finally, it comes with a bunch of stuff, extra tips, including some foam tips (comply) that really do a good job blocking out noise from your environment so you can enjoy your music. It also comes with a nifty hard carrying case that keeps them protected while you are toting them around. All in all these earphones are top notch!
I received these earphones for review, and have given my honest opinion of them.
OK, complete honesty here. I had NO idea what I would use a bar code scanner for, especially since I don’t own my own business. But, when we received this item for review (at no cost I must add), I decided to do some research, and since I am organizationally challenged, I am planning to use this to organize my books, and our DVDs and Blue Rays. It connected to my PC as soon as I plugged it in, and once it was charged, it paired with the USB receiver that it came with very quickly. After looking at older scanners on Amazon, I was pleased to see that the receiver was quite a bit smaller and more compact than previous models. It came with the scanner unit, a very small USB receiver and a USB cord (so that you can be connected that way rather than wireless if necessary). Since I am a complete novice at these things (except for having worked retail, and used them in the course of my job), getting this until to record the bar code numbers was a challenge, but that was more due to my ignorance than the product. Once my husband said, “simply open a Word Document and scan something to make sure it works” I was able to get a sample of this item in action. My only complaint is that the instruction manual doesn’t go into enough detail for a novice like myself. And to get it to do what I want it to do, I am going to need to find a good scanning software. But there seems to be a lot out there, at different price points, so I am eager to get started.
Great little device. I took this to my office to be able to listen to music while working, and it is ideal. It pairs immediately with my Nexus 7 tablet, as well as with my Contixo cell phone. I can listen to any of the media on my tablet (including GPS when driving) and the sound is crisp and has a quality similar to much larger speakers. I can’t turn it up very much at all in my office or else I would be providing musical enjoyment to all the other cubicles, but in the car, I turn it up and it is power and sounds amazing. It has a 3.5 mm jack for devices that aren’t Bluetooth compatible (like my desktop PC at work) and it is just what I needed to listen to audio files from that computer. I can use it for hands free calls with my android phone as well. To top it all off, it is in a very attractive package. Aluminum body with a smooth black top where the buttons are lit up. Comes with a charging cable and the 3.5 mm cable. Charge seems to last for at least 7-8 hours before needing to be recharged (perfect for the work day). All in all, a quality device.
I received this as a review sample in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
We have been very fortunate to have received several items by Jumbl for review, and here is what I have to say about this one. Complicated, but really cool. It took me several tries to get the hang of this but once I did it was a piece of cake. There ‘is’ assembly required, and food does need to fit into the body of the slicer, but if you can handle that bit of work, the result is really fun. I usually post my reviews on Amazon first, but this little baby seemed to disappear from Jumbl’s product page, but it can still be found at http://www.dbroth.com/Jumbl-trade-SpiralQuick-Easiest-Use/dp/B00PHUEB62?field_availability=-1&field_browse=2412155011&field_keywords=fruit+and+vegetable+slicer&id=Jumbl+trade+SpiralQuick+Easiest-+-Use&ie=UTF8&refinementHistory=subjectbin%2Cprice%2Cbrand_name%2Ccolor_map&searchKeywords=fruit+and+vegetable+slicer&searchNodeID=2412155011&searchPage=1&searchRank=salesrank&searchSize=12
If I could add stars here (which I am sure I can but haven’t figured out how) it would definitely be 5 stars.
